The profession of being into Real Estate Development and real estate business is not for feeble minded individuals who are not ready to face the challenges of real estate industry. 

But the story of Adeola Sanusi is the one that should be emulated  by the upcoming entrepreneurs who wish to venture into the trade. 

Adeola the Chief Executive Officer of  XL HOME located in the commercial city of Lagos narrated how he ventured to real estate industry as a young Estate Developer who has carved a niche for himself in the industry. 

According to him,he was driven by wealth.creation to himself and his surrounding environment which lead him to be a realtor . Speaking to a team of journalists in Abuja at Mariam Babangida Women Development Centre,Abuja where young asperirng Real estate developers,who where drawn from various parts of Federal Capital Territory and environs to be aquinted on the business of real estate in Nigeria and beyond.

According to Adeola for one to succeed in real estate ,it is penitent that such an upcoming developer needs the services, advice and guidance of another real estate developer(s) who has acquired years of long experience in the industry to guide you. This person is your mentor. A green horn in the industry needs this mentor to enabled him or her breakthrough into the real estate world, he disclosed." Mentor is the person who holds you by the hand shows you the nitty-gritty of the business and makes you to dominate and thrive" 

He also emphasized the key role of  a role model.,he or she who has inspired you within the real estate industry. This kind of person, you follow him or her in all his or her social media handles: Facebook,Tiktok,X , Instagram etc and follow their instructions. By doing this you are broadening you knowledge of the real  Eeal Estate business.

In his last words of advice to upcoming realtors, first they must ensure they determine what they want to achieve , also one must indicate an area you want  to focus and carve a nitch for your self instead venturing all at once,but one after the other,as you are gathering the experience gradually you can deviserfy and dominate the profession.

And to cap it all) he advised the young realtors to always have God mighty in their dealing to prosper in the business.
