Appraisal and Cost Engineer, Engr. Dr Zamani Ishaya called for concerted approach to reduce waste of Resources. By CHINONYEREM IGWE, Abuja .

A renowned Fellow of the institute of Appraisal and Cost Engineers Engr  Zamani Ishaya, FNSE FEngr Val, FAub Engineer Zamani Ishaya .He expressed his happiness for being inducted to as a fellow of Appraisal and Cost Engineer, being also lead paper presenter for the conference. 
According to him, the paper dives to act establishing Appraisal and Cost Engineering as gezzetted in cap 98,99and 100 which empowers the institute the sole power to evaluate,appraise and cost and structure in the land,

Also answering questions from journalists,a  fellow of the institute,  Engr Zamani Is hay called upon the Federal Government through Central Bank of Nigeria,  International Financial Reporting Council  in collaboration with Bank of Industry and so on.to.enforce law governing engineering appraisal and costing and there by money saved from this  can use for other purposes especially through private, public participation (PPP). 
On the award bestowed on her,he said he dedicated the award to the institute of Appraisal and Cost Engineers, and engineering infrastructure.
The ocassion,saw over thirty Appraisal and Cost Engineers were inducted and seal of practice used to them and were drawn from every part of the country.
