Sen. Uche Lilian Ekwunife Disrupts Collation Process in Aniocha LGA Headquarters . By CHINONYEREM IGWE

The Running mate to the All Progressives Congress, APC of Anambra State Governorship Electio
n and former Senator Anambra Central Senatorial District Sen. Uche Ekwunife caused mayhem, disrupting peaceful collation of results in Aniocha LGA Headquarters of Anambra State.
According to an eyewitness report, who pleaded anonymity said that Ekwunife's entourage   stormed the venue of the collation  about 7:30 pm with her fully armed security personnels. When the Sen. proceeded towards the  INEC collation area, the Army and the Poliice prevented her and asked her to go back, because under the Electroial law she is not permitted to move round on the Election day being a candidate.
When the Army and the Police personnels posted to man that collation area asked her not to go further, her security detail insisted that she must. That attempt  was resisted by personnels of the Army and the Poliice. This action lead to altercation between Ekwunife's security and that of Army and Police. When that escalated,there was sporadic shooting on the air from both sides, this resulted to pondamonium, people running helter skelter. The Police threw carnester to clear the venue .
So far, no report of either dead or injuries have been reported. Investigation made  so showed that Sen. Ekwunife has been causing trouble in Aniocha LGA in Anambra any time election  is taking place. An attempt to reach here on side of the story failed.
